Research Paper Police and Community Relations Police pursuits are a contentious issue. They are extremely dangerous and often end in injury or death. Police departments throughout this country deal with this issue. From 1979 through 2017, more than 13,000 people have been killed during high-speed pursuits. Make this thorough as possible. After your research is completed, assume you are the police chief of a mid-sized police department. Write a one-page policy on police pursuits in your agency.
