HR business partners (HRBPs) that are effective and motivated will be critical in putting HR and business strategy into action. The Body of Competency and Knowledge (BoCK) of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) can be a significant resource for developing and certifying HR professionals.
You must now explain to the management team the components of this model and how they might be used to help the HR department achieve operational success. A one-hour meeting has been set up, with the CEO in attendance.
Create a PowerPoint presentation with at least 20 slides that includes the following:
Include slides for the cover, presentation agenda, conclusion, and reference list, which may all count toward the total number of slides.
Give an outline of the importance of having a well-developed team of HR business partners on a slide. Make it clear what your position is. The Evolution of the HR Business Partner Role, for example.
