Re: Restore Contact and Reunification
On 9/24/20 the court ordered that my daughter Divinity be placed in foster care. The placement is not confidential. Janell Diamond is not to have contact direct or indirect with Divinity Hawkins.
Ariana Quiban continue to represent the child in all matters relative to child’s education.
Parents have been ordered to designate a permanent mailing address and phone. (See minute ordered dated 9/24/20 attached as proof)
I am a loving and good mother who is capable of raising and teaching my seventeen years old daughter. I provided love inspiration, nurturing, safety, emotional support and stable living and learning environment. (See Janell’s Diamond Legal Case Brief dated 6/25/20
attached as proof)I participate twice each week by donating plasma to help make life saving medicine that treat chronic conditions and life-threatening illnesses. I earn an income of about $5,000.00 dollars per year.
I enjoy being able to help make a difference by donating plasma. I financially support myself and Divinity with the income received.
I am a returning student with San Diego Continuing Education. On 1/25/19 I received my Family Home Daycare Training Certificate. (See Family Home Daycare Training Certificate dated 1/25/19) On 6/29/19 I received a certificate of completion for attending Super Saturday Resource Parent Training. ( See Super Saturday Resource Parent Training dated 6/29/19 attached as proof)
On 6/6/29, I purchased a 9X7 Adventure 4 Person Dome Tent on sale at Big 5 Sporting Goods. I am not homeless because my portable tent house now becomes the house. The tent house is equipped with everything your brick house has as well. Tent house living is different than living in your traditional brick homes. It’s cheaper and you can save money while budgeting. It brings inspiration, build confidence, and teaches how to survive. (See Big 5 receipt dated 6/6/20)
On 2/3/20, I received a campfire permit that authorizes me to establish a campfire on federal public lands. ( See campfire permit dated 2/3/20 attached as proof)
Also, I live at my grandma’s on occasion. When she feels like your going to send her to a nursing home then she will ask me to come a live with her as her back up choice. (Please find religious citation that supports tent house living)
I believe that contact with my daughter Divinity should be restored. I believe that it was unreasonable and unjustified to limit contact with Divinity. I visited Divinity on 12/27/18, 6/29/18, 6/1/18, 5/4/18, and 5/25/18. I showed care for her emotional well-being by socially interacting with her and with hands-on interactive arts. I showed with parent bonding I kept Divinity safe and protected by staying close. It’s evident that my daughter Divinity did not feel in danger because we painted together. She felt comfortable and emotionally supported because we talked about why she didn’t wanna go on the school trip. No, I don’t believe that Iam guilty of child neglect.
For instance, in the video that I have uploaded on YouTube for everyone to watch, it clearly shows that my daughter is comfortable being with me. We are having quality time determining the smell of various foods. The joy in her face will show you that she is comfortable being with me. We are used to having quality time together where we do fun things together.
In another video, it is evident from her facial expressions that she is happy of the time that we are having together. (See visit coach notes by Kathleen attached as proof and Janell’s Legal Case Brief dated 6/25/20)
I am parent qualified to teach and test homeschoolers to assess educational progress regularly. I show that I provide full on the basic needs and educational needs of Divinity, including math, language, and worship, with mother and daughter time as extra to the needs.
Divinity is experiencing Erik Erikson’s theory of “Identity vs. Role Confusion it’s normal and at some point every child feels this way. But, it certainly not a trait that parents or teacher bring out and influence.
Since being at San Pasqual Academy she has experienced peer pressure, threats of violence, low-self esteem, emotional distress and lack of confidence.
On 12/14/20 at 1:41 pm, I received a call from social worker Rebecca Zaman. Ms. Zaman said that Divinity was exposed to a substance know as skittles and majawanna
I am against the idea of Ariana Quiban the trangender asian casa representing Divinity in all matters relative to the provision of child’s education, as previously ordered. (See Divinity’s Christian Individual Education Program Legal Case Brief dated 1/8/21 attached as proof)
Mr. Quiban’s influences, belief’s, and concepts are contrary to our belief’s as a Christian whom believes in Jesus. Mr. Quiban’s wears girls clothes and appears as a woman. Mr. Quiban’s mannerism are girlish.
Mr. Quiban’s concepts change the content of what I have been teaching and instructing by forcing my daughter as I observed wear tight fitting clothing.
I observed Mr. Quiban and San Pasqual Academy’s teaching. I observed them teaching Divinity how to use gay people’s sign language and position her hands in inappropriate manner that display a person gapping their legs open.
Mr. Quiban the asian transgender casa is way to forceful with his directive to my daughter. She appears afraid of him and he appears to be making fun of her with his unsupported approach. And, he has a taturm like a baby whenever not given his way.
Mr. Quiban forces my daughter to dress in boys clothes and to cut her hair. He is way to forceful and does try to convince and force her to except his way of thinking.
Mr. Quiban exposed my daughter to homosexual and transgender ways of thinking that goes against the message of the Gospel of Jesus and is contrary to our belief’s in Jesus.
Mr. Quiban overexaggerates I found him not being able to assess the situation. I was only showing Divinity a plastic vase filled with beads and fuzzy furry balls that I made in Ms. Powers class for Family Home Daycare. And, I was accused of creating a scene at the courthouse.
The clear vase is a sensor tube that stimulates sounds when you shake it. I observed Divinity’s facial expressions and she was happy to see the sensor toy but, didn’t want others to see her still enjoy baby stuff.
On a previous court date, I was only showing Divinity a picture from the target ad “The Rescue” from Legos. And, she said that’s cool. I observed that she wants her mommy’s help because that’s really what she is saying.
She is asking for help because she doesn’t want to be in this situation. She wants to be with her mommy playing with toys and doing homework. ( See store ad picture from target)
On 1/6/20, the CFT meeting ended early because I was scared that the transgender casa volunteer might be infected with the coronavirus. He was breathing so heavily and appeared to have shortness of breathe. I was concerned for my daughter’s health and safety to prevent transmission the CFT meeting ended early.
I have deep concern about child advocate Ariana Quiban. I am commanding that Mr. Quiban be removed as Divinity’s child advocate for changing the content of what I have been teaching and instructing and using the legal court system to expose and influence my beautiful black daughter that homosexual is the best choice. (See Divinity’s Christian Individual Education Program Legal Case Brief dated 1/8/21 attached as proof)
On 7/13/2020 over the mother’s objection, the court order that I have no contact protecting the minor from the mother, Janell Diamond. The mother is to have no personal, electronic, telephonic or third person contact with the minor. The court finds it would be detrimental to the minor’s health well-being to continue to have contact with the mother at this time.
I objection. I disagree with the no contact order that says that I have no contact protecting the minor from the mother, Janell Diamond. The mother is to have no personal, electronic, telephonic or third person contact with the minor.
The court finds it would be detrimental to the minor’s health and well-being to continue to have contact with the mother at this time. ( See Janell Diamond’s Legal Case Brief dated 6/25/20, Divinity’s Christian Individual Education Program dated 1/8/21, Family Home Daycare certificate dated 1/25/19, Visit Coach Notes by Kathleen)
On 12/12/18, I asked the court for a new social worker. I have a right to adequate representation the sixth amendment of the U.S. Constitution says that a I have a right to adequate representation it’s true whether the defendant is indigent and has a court-appointed lawyer.(See minute order dated 12/12/18 attached as proof)
Ms. Deluca provide incompetent and negligent social worker service for failing to provide paperwork to therapist causing my schedule appointment to be postponed. Cancelling meetings and recent confusion about school trips, offering to meet makeup visit but failing to provide makeup visit due to doctors excuse, unexpected delays and appointments canceled by Ms. Rivera for failing to know that we were meeting in Escondido and not Casa de Amparo because it was to far, I couldn’t afford to travel and I just simply couldn’t be at two places at one time. Late missed school assembly and being late to the meeting causing me to lose value parent bonding time. Sending late notification saying Divinity just didn’t want to visit. Apologizing for any confusion.
Ms. Deluca suggesting that I schedule an appointment on 1/11/18. I notified Ms. McKnight and Ms. Deluca that there was a schedule conflict because I was completing my last day of community service work with the probation department. I just simply couldn’t be at Ms. McKnight’s office and probation at the same time. (See email ***
On 11/27/18, I filed a complaint with Esther Broers Ms. Deluca the social worker violating biblical law. I shared my concern about my daughter being mailously exposed to an unhealthy evironment that could harm her in the future and be a cause for infectious disease.
I made a request that she not be allowed to associate or sit with homosexual and transgender children because it’s in direct violation of biblical law. She raised her hand as if she wanted to attack me. She also kept rudely interrupting me as I was speaking with my daughter Divinity.
I have complied with the terms of probation on 11/14/17 I completed a traffic school class. 11/15/17 I completed a parenting class through Say San Diego. 1/16/18 completed four days of court ordered Public Service Work and 3/19/18 court ordered therapy.
I asking the court to restore contact with Divinity and reunification me and my daughter back together as soon as possible. I am not a danger to her health and well-being. The granting of this request will enable me to continue to pursue my educational and career goals. So that I can get a better paying job that I enjoy.
