Instructions:
- Ask someone that you know (an acquaintance or coworker, for instance) or that someone you trust knows if they would briefly discuss a healthcare or caretaking experience with/of an older adult, or a life experience related to aging. This shouldn’t be anything too personal or traumatic, but rather an everyday life issue.
- This experience should be an event that you can relate to a policy. So, select a policy that would apply to a health care or aging issue.
- Record this conversation (use video or audio, with your phone, computer, etc.). Obtain the permission of your interviewee by having them sign the SOWK-506 Week 4 Interview Video/Audio Release consent form. The recording should be no longer than about 20 minutes (10 minutes for the interview and 10 minutes for your response)
